1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between news24.im ("news24", "we", "the platform") and its users ("member", "you"). By registering on or using news24, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms and Conditions.

News24 is one of Bangladesh's most popular online Sports Betting and lottery platforms. We are committed to providing our members with a safe, transparent, and enjoyable betting experience. However, this commitment goes both ways — members are equally responsible for abiding by these Terms and Conditions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and place bets on news24:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must be the owner of a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must have an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.
• You may not register from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

News24 may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. This is part of our security policy — we appreciate your cooperation.

3 Account Management

Each individual may open a maximum of one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• To change your account name, mobile number, or banking details, a verification process must be completed through our support team.
• Inactive accounts (no login for over 12 months) may be suspended automatically.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on news24:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match is cancelled or postponed.
• Odds may change before a match begins. Winnings will be calculated based on the odds at the time the bet was confirmed.
• News24 is not liable for odds changes in live betting caused by network delays.
• If a match is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded. However, if at least 50% of the match has been completed, the result may be considered valid.
• In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, the remaining legs will be recalculated based on their combined odds.
• Maximum winnings are subject to limits set by news24.

News24 reserves the right to void or adjust any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transaction rules on news24:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. However, in the event of a payment gateway issue, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• A daily withdrawal limit is in place, as set by news24 and subject to change at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

News24 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be met:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the offer details.
• The welcome bonus is applicable once per member only.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet a minimum odds requirement (typically 1.50 or higher).
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or by members of the same household using the same device.
• News24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Responsible Betting

News24 believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income. We encourage all members to bet responsibly and within their limits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Temporary or permanent Self-Exclusion requests can be submitted at any time if needed.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, our support team is always available to help.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep minors away from accessing their account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on news24:

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Hacking, manipulating, or unauthorized use of any platform software.
• Attempting to steal another member's account credentials or gain unauthorized access.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud on the platform.

9 Account Closure

News24 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Court orders or government directives.

Members may request account closure at any time. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed. No balance claims will be accepted after closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

News24 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bet failures due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If services are suspended due to natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
• If the outcome of a sports event changes or the match is cancelled by the relevant authority.

In the event of any dispute, news24's decision shall be considered final. However, members may appeal to our support team — we take every complaint seriously.

11 Amendment Policy

News24 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified via SMS to their registered mobile number or through a platform notification before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. We recommend checking this page regularly.
